Between girlfriends or solo, come discover or perfect yourself in Nordic skiing on a field of nature with the most magnificent panoramas.

Take advantage of a Nordic sports formula to discover the resort away from the ski lifts and fill up with emotions.
Do not hesitate, a varied program over 3 half days will offer you a combination of nature and small group. The first day is dedicated to discovering the basics of Nordic skiing on easy terrain, then the next day your instructor will take you slide to one of the most beautiful views of the Grandes Rousses massif. And finally, you will be guided in a first biathlon experience.

Programme details

The Ladies Camp provides the opportunity for a tailor-made program, designed in collaboration with the instructors to match the desires of each participant and the current conditions.
Day 1
  • Meet at 9:30 at ESF Grandes Rousses
  • A quick update to prepare the route and equipment

  • Introduction to the classical cross-country technique in the beginner area
and first ascent towards Poutran
Day 2
  • Meet at 9:30 at ESF Grandes Rousses
  • Group warm-up
  • Departure for a walk to the beautiful Plateau des Lacs
Day 3
  • Meet at 9:30 at ESF Grandes Rousses
  • Depart for the biathlon stadium on skis
  • First approach to the equipment and shooting basics
  • Group challenge at the end of the morning
  • Return to ESF Grandes Rousses for 12:00
